In 2011 visual artists Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen decided to cross the lines of their individual disciplines -photography and sculpture- and embark on a mutual ‘furniture project’.
Together they developed a series of unique design pieces, minimal in form and detailling but maximal in its usability and use of materials.
During the London Design Festival there is an exhibition at Viaduct,
1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD.  September 12th-21st 2013

Graffiti Interiors

I ve been to this place in Verona, Italy and there you will find my first graffiti interior and its around the walls of juliet’s balcony, i have found this bit of fun about it…
Thousands of notes and messages left on the walls of Juliet’s house by star-crossed lovers are to be removed in a week long £100,000 clean up operation officials have announced. One of the notes, covered with hearts and arrows, reads: “My heart beats hard, my words tremble, but my feelings are strong. Just listen, my love.” While another interwined with the initials RE and SC read: “My wandering has ended. I found your lips, and they carved my desire.” read more…
It would seem this has inspired a furniture maker called Anna James to create a kool chest. Anna is a london based designer who restores 20th century furniture with a contemporary twist, she also undertakes commissions…
“Verona and Romeo and Juliet have been inspired by Anna’s visits to Juliet’s house in Verona, Italy. She is totally captivated by the graffiti covering the walls at the archway entrance, all of it being declarations of love by visiting lovers, of all ages, from all over the world. read more…
Graf interior number two is none other than  Michael Anderson
starting in the early nineties, Michael Anderson, a Bronx-born artist, began to amass what has come to be regarded—unofficially, and mostly by Anderson himself—as the world’s largest collection of graffiti stickers. Such a claim implies a consuming passion, but Anderson says he was never very dedicated. All he did was carry a Leatherman tool, and whenever he was out in the city he’d peel a few stickers off a wall or lamppost and slip them in a notebook. If he found one that was cool but hard to remove, he’d let the elements work on it and return later. If it was damaged or gone by then, so be it. read more…
and for my third and final graffiti interior we go all the way to a deserted town in Bulgaria this ones like sporadic drawing an i figure would be the easiest to DIY
Cavusin was founded around 400 AD, but abandoned in the 1950s, due to rockslides and erosion. This is the interior of one of the houses. more here…
